Most Tailor Mail mailbox systems can ship anywhere in the United States. We choose the delivery method based on the size and configuration of your order, with parcel, oversized, and freight options when needed.

Custom mailbox orders are handled differently from standard retail packages. Some arrive fully assembled, while others are intentionally packed in sections to protect the finish, reduce shipping size, and make final assembly straightforward.
Many custom and handcrafted orders are completed in approximately 7β14 business days. Specialty configurations, manufacturer-supplied systems, aluminum bases, and larger HOA or bulk orders may require additional time.

Nationwide shipping starts at a $250 base shipping charge. Final shipping cost depends on package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier availability. Parcel orders commonly ship by UPS, while larger systems may require freight or a custom shipping quote.
Tracking or freight delivery information is provided once the order is on the way.
Some systems ship fully assembled. Others may ship with the mailbox head, legs, or selected components packed separately for safer transit.

Please inspect the shipment when it arrives. Visible shipping damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item.

Professional installation is available for eligible orders in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties. Standard residential installation and standard mailbox removal start at $250, with distance-based pricing. Optional haul-away is $50 for wood, plastic or metal mailboxes, or $100 for concrete. Concrete removal and a new reinforced slab carry additional charges where selected. Delivery-only service is $200 within our 50-mile local delivery area; installation is separate.
