Return Policy
At Tailor Mail, each mailbox is custom-built to your specifications. As such, all orders are final once placed. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellations & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, production begins immediately, and in many cases, materials are specially ordered from our manufacturers to fulfill your custom design.
Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns only for products that arrive defective or damaged. If your mailbox arrives with a defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Restocking Fee
If you contact us within 12 hours of your order and wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, which covers restocking and processing fees. No full refunds are provided under any circumstances once assembly has begun.
Custom Product Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all specifications are correct before placing your order.
