We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all custom mailboxes, covering:

• Manufacturing Defects
• Workmanship Issues
• Structural Failures not caused by misuse or external damage

If any covered issue arises during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part or the entire mailbox at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage from improper installation not performed by our team
• Normal wear and tear (fading, chipping, minor scratches)
• Rust or corrosion due to prolonged exposure to harsh environments
• Vandalism, accidents, or weather-related damage (storms, flooding, etc.)

How to File a Warranty Claim
